1. The floating bearing structure is adopted. While reducing the relative linear speed of the bearing pair, the temperature rise of the friction surface is reduced, which can effectively improve the bearing life and bearing reliability under high drilling pressure or high speed drilling process conditions.

The metal seal is composed of a pair of carefully designed and processed metal sealing rings as the axial dynamic seal of the bearing, and two highly elastic rubber energy supply rings are located in the tooth palm and the cone sealing area as static seals. The optimized sealing compression ensures that the sealing surfaces of the two metal rings always maintain good contact.

4. The full rubber oil storage bag that can limit the pressure difference and prevent drilling fluid from entering the lubrication system provides a good lubrication guarantee for the bearing system.
5. A new type of grease that can withstand high temperatures of 250°C and resist wear is adopted.
6. Reasonable selection of drill bit type
According to the lithology of the drilled formation, the following principles should be followed in selecting the drill bit type:
In the shallow well section, the rock is loosely cemented, and the drilling speed and prevention of mud packing of the drill bit are mainly considered;
In the deep well section, due to the long tripping stroke, the main consideration is the drilling footage of the drill bit;
When the outer row of teeth of the drill bit out of the well is severely worn, it is advisable to use a drill bit with a diameter-protected tooth;
In the well section that is easy to deviate, it is advisable to use a drill bit with small slippage and many short teeth;
When selecting a drill bit with inlaid teeth, it is advisable to use a wedge-shaped tooth drill bit;
In diamond limestone, it is advisable to use a double-cone tooth or projectile tooth drill bit;
When there are more shale in the formation or the density of the drilling fluid is high, it is advisable to use a drill bit with a large slippage;
If the formation is limestone or sandstone, it is advisable to use a drill bit with a small slippage;
When drilling hard and highly abrasive formations, it is advisable to use a pure rolling ball tooth or double-cone tooth drill bit.
